A motorcycle flew over an exit ramp’s wall and landed on a car on Interstate 95 Monday, causing both vehicles to catch on fire, but there were no serious injuries, authorities said.
The motorcycle was on I-95’s northbound exit ramp to State Road 84 when 22-year-old driver Ricardo Lambert lost control, hit the concrete median and was ejected at 6:47 p.m., the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The 2004 Suzuki went up and over the wall, landing on the roof of a 1994 Nissan Sentra that was heading north on I-95.
The car’s driver, Bret Krupnik, 40, of Hollywood, was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, while the motorcyclist, North Miami resident Lambert, was taken to Broward Health, FHP spokesman Sgt. Mark Wysocky said. The driver of the motorcycle was wearing a helmet, according to the FHP.

Krupnik was later released from the hospital. Lambert was in good condition, the FHP said Tuesday.
Lambert faces a careless driving charge, the FHP said. It wasn't immediately known if he has an attorney.
Traffic was shut down initially before it began moving again, aerial footage showed.
