The upcoming weekend will continue the run of weather we’ve seen this week. With most of the area remaining dry, shower and thunderstorm chances will be few and far between, favoring the western metro and inland areas.
In contrast, the beaches will remain bright and dry each afternoon.
Summer time temperatures will continue, though, with highs around 90 both afternoons.
Fall officially begins Saturday evening at 9:54pm but it will be several weeks before fall weather can be discussed in South Florida.
In the tropics, there are four areas being monitored in the open Atlantic at this time. None pose a threat to Florida, or the United States, at this time.
