For most racket-makers, a primetime Saturday at Ultra and a sold-out Sunday at LIV would make the mightiest Miami Music Week ever. For Sander van Doorn, that’s just the first half of Act 2013. On Wednesday, the Dutch Superstar DJ will be joined by an onslaught for Superstar DJ-soaked Spinnin’ Records at Nikki Beach; then on Sunday he’s back Downtown to mainstage Ultra’s closing night. Not bad for the cat DJMag ranks #16 in the whole wild world.
What’s your track of the minute? I just released a track “Ten” with Mark Knight and my all time favorites Underworld that I’m playing out a lot at the moment. Underworld was one of the reasons i got into electronic music, so that makes this one even more special.

What’s Ultra mean to and for Sander Van Doorn anyway? Ultra is such an amazing event that always manages to evolve itself to something more incredible every single year. It never gets old. But that goes for the rest of the year as well.
How 'bout Miami? Miami is a place I'm always looking forward to visiting as the vibe here is hugely energetic. There’s always a guarantee that a lot of people will show up ready to destroy the dancefloor, which makes me feel really more than welcome!
