New Year's Eve in South Florida is always fun, and we put together a list of events that are uniquely local.

New Year's Eve weather will be mild and in the 70s _  great weather to get out and have fun!  We put together this list of events for you to choose from:

Catch a VIBE on Las Olas: VIBE Ultra Music Lounge on Las Olas (301 E. New Year’s Forever: Ring in the new year with live music, performances and a three course dinner that will tantalize your taste buds.  Events company Vitamin C Communications is putting on its fourth annual “New Year’s Forever” at The Bath Club on Miami Beach (5937 Collins Ave.)  The celebration kicks off at 8 p.m. with a cocktail reception followed by a lavish sit down dinner by Chef Brian Aaron. Nude New Year’s Eve:  You won’t have to worry about finding the perfect New Year Eve’s outfit at this event.  Haulover Beach Park (10800 Collins Ave) is letting you ring in the new year in the buff!  The event begins at 3pm, you must arrive by 6pm because doors will be closed by then.  In addition to dinner, champagne and fireworks, the park is inviting you to stay on the beach through the weekend.  The price for two nights, three days is $224.  One night, two days $179.  For more information go to beachesfoundation.org

Paul Anka’s New Year’s Eve Concert:
  Singer Paul Anka is ringing in 2012 in South Florida.  He will be performing at The Hard Rock Live Saturday.  The concert starts at 10:30 pm.  Tickets range between $89 and $154.  To purchase or for more information click here.

New Year’s at Mai Kai: Celebrate New year’s Eve Polynesian style at Mai Kai in Ft. Lauderdale (3599 N. New Year’s Eve on Wilton Drive:  The community of Wilton Manors is letting you spend the night hopping from restaurant or bar as you ring in the new year.  Spend the night on foot jumping from one hot spot to another like Rosie’s Bar & Grill (2249 Wilton Dr.),  Ramrod (1508 Northeast 4th Ave.) and Scandals Saloon (3073 NE 6th Ave.).

Downtown Countdown: The City of Fort Lauderdale invites you to a free street festival to end 2011 and ring in 2012. Family activities at Esplanade Park start at 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. There will be live music on two stages starting at 8 p.m. with a countdown at midnight.

Mike Epps & Friends:
Ring in the New Year with actor and comedian Mike Epps at the James L Knight Center. Known for his roles in “The Hangover” and  “Next Friday”, Epps is looking to kick off the new year and kick off his “Still Standing” comedy tour in Miami. Tickets are on sale at LiveNation.com
