Crews spent part of Tuesday morning putting out a massive early morning fire that broke out inside of a home in the Overtown neighborhood in Miami-Dade County.

Officials say no one was hurt in the incident and they were able to get the blaze under control after about an hour.

The mother of the home's owner told NBC 6 that her daughter had left a candle burning on a stove inside the home before leaving for her job as a Miami-Dade Transit driver.
