Novak Djokovic Latest to Withdraw From Miami Open with Injury

    Second-ranked Novak Djokovic has pulled out of the Miami Open with an elbow injury.

    The six-time Miami Open champ is the second big name to withdraw from the event. Top-ranked Andy Murray pulled out of the tournament with a right-elbow injury.

    "I apologize to my fans and people who purchased tickets to watch me play live at @MiamiOpen. Sadly, I'm injured and won't be able to compete," Djokovic tweeted out Sunday afternoon.
