The opening of a new northbound SR-826 ramp to NW 25th street has been postponed.
Originally scheduled to open Sunday Oct. 6, the ramp will not be in service until further notice, according to highway spokesman Oscar Gonzalez.
The opening was postponed due to recent rains that have left the new ramp's lime rock material saturated with water, he said. The material was not expected to dry in time to place the asphalt for the roadway.
