The Parkland woman who was reported missing by her husband last week has been found alive, the Broward Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.
Roseann DiFiore, who was reported missing on July 25, has been Baker Acted, BSO spokesman Mike Jachles said.
BSO missing persons detectives located her but are not releasing where she was located or where she was taken, Jachles said.
DiFiore, 42, had been last seen inside her townhouse around 11 p.m. Wednesday. She was gone the next morning, and detectives said her husband, Neil Rosen, thought she may have gone to work until he received a text message.
"It wasn't until 9:30 Thursday morning when he received that text from his wife, he says, indicating that she was going to harm herself," Jachles said.
Rosen had been accused of killing an ex-girlfriend Michelle Davis in Weston in 1991. He was found not guilty in trial.
Authorities said Rosen was not a suspect or person of interest in DiFiore's disappearance, and had been cooperating with detectives.
