Pedestrian Killed in Hit-And-Run Crash in Miami

Authorities are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 195 in Miami early Friday.

The victim hasn't been identified and authorities said they don't know what kind of vehicle they're looking for.

"We are attempting to locate a vehicle with extensive front end damage with possibly a headlight out," FHP spokesman Pedro Reinoso said. "Right now at this moment in time we do not know what make and model or color the vehicle is."

It's unknown why the pedestrian was walking on the highway.
