Police Make Arrest After Body Found Outside Laundromat

Miami Police arrested 22-year-old Tyler Alexander Saturday in connection with a body that wound found Friday morning outside a laundromat in Little Havana.

The body was discovered around 7 a.m. by a patron of the Laundromat. Customers told NBC 6 Friday the victim was a homeless man in his mid-to-late 40’s who lived under the State Road 836 bridge. Customers said the man came to the Laundromat once a month to get his Social Secruity check money from an ATM.

Alexander has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held on no bond. It’s not known if Alexander has an attorney.
