Sheriff's deputies say an 82-year-old Florida man fatally shot his 50-year-old son during an argument on Christmas night.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's spokesman Danny Alvarez said in a news release that deputies went to the home in Plant City on Tuesday night after someone called 911.
Alvarez said Guy Vickery shot Benjamin Vickery in the upper body during an argument. He was taken to South Florida Baptist Hospital, where he died.
Authorities haven't said whether Guy Vickery will be charged.
No additional details were available.
