Police have released an updated sketch and description of the attacker who brutally assaulted two high school students at Florida International University's campus in Biscayne Bay last week.

The attacker is now described as an 18 to 20-year-old male with a medium-dark complexion, brown eyes, and black, short cropped hair. He stands approximately 5-foot-10 and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with graphics on the front and dark-colored cargo shorts, according to FIU police.

Sixteen-year-old James Critz and 15-year-old Isabela Perdomo - both students at MAST @ FIU - were recovering at the hospital after someone viciously attacked them on Monday while they were working on a project on campus while classes weren't in session.

The two suffered skull fractures and other serious injuries. Perdomo was released from the hospital Thursday, and Critz, who was unconscious after the attack, was released Saturday.
