Traffic homicide detectives now need your help tracking down the vehicle involved in the crash, which is a four-door dark colored vehicle.

Officers took to the streets Thursday to increase community involvement and distributed flyers with key information.

The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on June 8th in the 9400 block of Northwest Seventh Avenue.

Anyone with information that leads to an arrest could be eligible for a reward that’s up to $3,000.

“Do the right thing. This woman, our victim, has a son. She has sisters,” said Det. Lee Cowart.

Officers said that the woman was not using the crosswalk at the time of the incident. Police are urging the public to use designated crosswalks.

Anyone with information on the incident is urged to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
