Police in Wilton Manors are investigating a possible arson at the Tropics Piano Bar and Restaurant.
One of the restaurant's managers called police Wednesday morning after finding the back door on fire.
The restaurant is located at 2000 Wilton Manors Drive.
Authorities responded to the scene and put the fire out. The door and doorway sustained damage as a result of the fire.
A strong smell of smoke remained in the area, but no other damages to nearby businesses were reported.
Officials continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
