A truckload of pumpkins arrived at the Miami Lakes United Methodist Church on Friday.
More than two truckloads will eventually fill the pumpkin patch, which will will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.
The second truckload will come in on Oct. 11 and the last half load will be dropped off on Oct. 23.
Pumpkins of all sizes will be on sale. There will be many events leading up to Halloween, including a picnic and bonfire on Oct. 12 from 5p.m. to 8 p.m.
