Puppy Thrown From Car Finds Forever Home

A malnourished puppy that was tossed from a car and abandoned in Fort Lauderdale in May, has found his forever home.

Rebel, an eight-month-old red Pit Bull mix, was taken in by the Girls' Club Foundation art gallery in Fort Lauderdale after being abandoned.

The nonprofit organization felt it was only right to help Rebel find his forever home. The organization reached out rescue shelters in Fort Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach.

Rebel has now found his forever home, and is now officially Lieutenant Phillip Rebel.
