Reward Offered for Information in Case of Postal Service Key Stolen in Lauderhill

Officials with the United States Postal Service are offering a $25,000 reward leading to the arrest of a person suspected of robbing a Lauderhill mail carrier of a postal key earlier this week.

The department issued the reward asking for information in the case, which took place Wednesday near the 1300 block of Northwest 43rd Avenue around noon.

Investigators say the subject in the case, described as a black male around 5’8” and weighing 180 pounds, was wearing a black hat and shirt along with blue jeans and a black bandana over his face before fleeing the area on foot.
