Authorities said the domestic incident began Nov. 5 when Webb got into an argument with a woman about relationship issues and "got out of control."

When the woman tried to leave, Webb broke her car key in the ignition and then shattered her phone on the driveway, according to the sheriff's office.

He also continued to pop the hood of her car to prevent her from driving away. Then, after threatening to break her dog's neck, Webb threw the animal to the ground, fracturing its leg in two places, deputies said.

Since the incident, authorities said Webb has entered the woman's home without permission on several occasions.

Authorities believe Webb could be driving an older model baby blue Chevrolet Malibu or a black Ford Mustang convertible. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at 813-247-8200.
