Robbers Steal Car in Home Invasion: Police

Anyone with information is urged to call investigators.

Police were investigating an early morning home invasion in Pembroke Pines Monday.

According to Pembroke Pines Police, several suspects broke into a home at 1111 Southwest 98th Terrace at about 3 a.m. while five adults and one toddler were inside.

The suspects smashed open a sliding glass door to get inside, then held the adults against their will while the toddler slept, police

said. The suspects were armed, but police did not specify the type of weapons the robbers used. They stole a 2006 green Nissan Altima

with Florida license tag 586TEV and fled, according to police.

No one inside the home was injured.
