The Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton was robbed by several suspects who ordered employees and customers to get down on the ground and stole money and merchandise last week, the FBI said Thursday.

There were no injuries from the robbery, which occurred at 7:50 p.m. on Sept. 20 at the Town Center mall in Boca Raton.

"We heard loud noises that sounded like gunshots and we ended up hearing a man's voice say 'Everybody get down,'" said Cathleen Fogel, who was shopping during the robbery. "We literally ran out the door as soon as the manager said they wanted us to leave. We were actually traumatized and I left immediately. Police were everywhere."
