Sister of Shooting Victim Fears for Life

Suspects in murder of 21-year-old Luvionia Williams still at-large

The sister of a woman who was shot and killed inside a car Sunday night in North Miami-Dade says her sister's ex-boyfriend pulled the trigger and that he may be coming after her next.

Luvionia Williams, 21, was shot at close range just before midnight as she sat in her car with her new boyfriend on the 1900 block of Northwest 92nd St.

Friends, family and witnesses say it was ex-boyfriend David Johnson, 28, and his 30-year-old brother, Charles Warren Johnson, who are behind the shooting. Police say they are looking for both.

"She didn't want to be with him no more, and he sat there and he shot and killed her, " said a tearful Tisha Williams, Luvionia's sister. "I might be in danger, cause he talking about all of us, he gonna kill all of us. That's what he said."

Four other people were injured in the shooting, including 22-year-old Suava Dorsett, Luvionia's new boyfriend. He and the other three victims are hospitalized but are expected to survive.

For Tisha Williams, the death of her sister fills her with sorrow and anger.

"We ain't never did nothing to you, David, except try to help you, David. All we did is showered you with love and you go and kill my sister! My baby sister, David!" Tisha Williams said. "She was a baby, her heart was so big. She ain't messing with nobody, nobody."

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call Miami-Dade CrimeStoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
