South Florida Attorney Says Donald Trump Banner Vandalized

A Fort Lauderdale attorney claims his banner supporting Donald Trump was torn up and vandalized.

"Our Trump sign was slashed down the middle," said Bradford Cohen, criminal defense attorney. Cohen is a die hard Trump supporter. He even appeared on "The Apprentice."

Even though surveillance cameras didn't capture the incident, Cohen suspects foul play. On Monday, his employees found the mangled and torn sign outside his Fort Lauderdale office.

"It was slit down the middle and it was enough to where, you know, we wanted to put up a new sign," Cohen said.

He said the tattered sign had to be removed. He said it's suspicious because earlier in the week he appeared in a news article proclaiming his support for Donald Trump.

"During election season people just, you know, they're really in favor of one candidate over another and in this area, I think it's very democrat heavy," Cohen said.

But his sign posting days aren't over. Cohen and his employees put up a fresh, new and improved poster. The banner is huge, about six-feet-tall and 20-feet-wide, with a big personality. Cohen said he hopes the new sign stays up much longer but he has plenty of backups just in case.

"If it happens again, we will keep replacing the sign. It's what we do. I don't allow someone to be bullied. As a lawyer that's what I stand up for. I stand up for people getting bullied. So if someone thinks that they can bully me, they're mistaken," Cohen said.
