Springsteen Concert in Va. Rescheduled Because of Hermine

A Bruce Springsteen concert scheduled for Saturday in Virginia Beach has been moved to Monday because of weather.

Concert officials said the performance scheduled for Saturday at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater has been rescheduled because of weather caused by Tropical Storm Hermine. Officials said the concert was rescheduled out of concern for the safety of fans.

Tropical Storm Hermine lost hurricane strength over land but was intensifying Saturday along the Atlantic Coast, threatening heavy rain, wind and storm surges on its northward march.

Hermine already caused 2 deaths, damaged homes and businesses and left hundreds of thousands without electricity from Florida to Virginia.
