Surveillance Video Catches Thieves Stealing TVs From Businesses

Back on North Dixie Highway, Turenne continues to work, but it's quiet in his barber shop and his customers don't have a TV watch

Authorities released surveillance video of thieves robbing TVs at two businesses.

Surveillance video from inside Excel Barber Shop in Pompano Beach on Nov.r 25 showed the robber breaking the glass on the wall and then going straight for the flat screen TV. This business owner has never had anything like this happen to him, and he calls it "sad."

"You work so hard to bring all this stuff to your customers and someone decides to break in without your permission. I think it is sad," Christopher Turenne said

Three days later, it happened again. This time it was just three miles away at Bru's Room. Three men stole eight TV's from the restaurant. Also caught on camera, the suspect's light colored pick up truck.

Back on North Dixie Highway, Turenne continues to work, but it's quiet in his barber shop and his customers don't have a TV watch. He doesn't have insurance, but his store is cleaned up and he is still working, hoping for an arrest.

"I hope they change their attitude of life because in this country everyone can make it if they work hard. I hope they change their way of life," he said.
