A teenager was airlifted to the hospital after being shot outside a house in a Homestead neighborhood early Thursday.
The victim was taken to Kendall Regional Medical Center after the shooting that took place shortly after 1 a.m. at the home located near the 1700 block of Mowry Drive.
Officials say the 13-year-old victim is in stable condition at the hospital, but did not release additional details on the case or their investigation.
