Terrifying Farm Store Robbery Caught on Tape

Masked, armed thieves shove clerk to ground, rip-off cash register

Police are looking for a pair of armed robbers who were caught on tape in a terrifying robbery of a Broward Farm Store last week.

The robbery happened at the Farm Store at 4420 Northeast 1st Terrace in Oakland Park on Saturday, Sept. 18.

In the surveillance video, released by the Broward Sheriff's Office Thursday, the two suspects, wearing ski masks and dressed in all-black, are seen storming into the store with guns in hand.

They shove the terrified clerk behind the counter out of their way and go to work on a safe beneath the counter. When they can't get it to open, they settle on the cash register, ripping it out and taking it with them.

The clerk was able to escape unhurt. The robbers made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police are asking anyone with information of the robbery to call Broward CrimeStoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
