Thieves Conduct Panty Raid at Victoria's Secret

Perhaps their mothers never taught them right from thong.

Of all the places we can think to buy underwear, the black market isn't one of them.

But apparently there's a demand, because thieves stole $2,000 worth of panties from the Victoria's Secret store in Boca Raton's Town Center Mall in broad store lightght.

One man held a bag open, police said, while his accomplice threw approximately 130 pairs of underwear inside. The two knicker knaves then ran off, and haven't been caught.

Neighboring retail outlets Vitamin World and maternity-clothier Pea in the Pod were also targeted by thieves on February 6 and 7, but authorities aren't sure if the incidents are related.

So who steals 130 pairs of panties? And why? Maybe two ladies lucky enough to date this upstanding duo are about to get a lifetimes' supply of Valentine's Day gifts in a lump tomorrow. Or maybe the theives just needed material in a quest to break the world record for number of people wearing underwear at a gathering. Maybe they're modern-day Robin Hoods, trying to sexy up poor people in bedraggled tighty whiteys.

So long as Heidi Klum remains unharmed, we're not sure we want to know.
