Everyone knows it's not a good idea to come between and cop and his donuts. But what about his donut decorations?
The Miami Beach and Coral Gables police departments went head to head Wednesday in a donut decorating competition for the ages. The sprinkles were flying and the butter creme was flowing hot and heavy as manly officers delicately manicured donut statues and other abstract creations.
What may be even more amazing is that the dozens of donuts weren't eaten before the 20-minute competition was complete. The delicious challenge was Dunkin' Donuts contribution to National Police Week.
Coral Gables PD won the competition with their Christmas Tree-inspired donut sculpture.
And yes, all the donuts were eventually eaten.
