A pedestrian was fatally struck by a train Wednesday morning in Pompano Beach, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.
The incident took place at 10:20 a.m. near 1100 S. Dixie Hwy. in Pompano Beach. BSO detectives are on their way to the site of the incident.
