Three men have been found guilty in the fatal shooting of a Broward Sheriff's deputy during a traffic stop in 2006.
Bernard Forbes, Andre Delancy, and Elyn Ingraham were all convicted on murder charges Tuesday in the killing of Deputy Brian Tephford during a traffic stop in Tamarac. A second deputy was also shot but survived.
The case has been delayed several times because of multiple attorneys and the possibility of a death penalty.
All three men on trial were caught in a Dania Beach motel a day after they killed Tephford, authorities said.
Tephford, who was 34, had been with the department for six years and left behind three children.
