Two construction workers died after an accident involving a fallen concrete wall on Interstate 95 early Sunday morning, Florida Highway Patrol officials said.

The fatal incident occurred along the median area of I-95 SB at NW 62nd St. Officials say construction work was being conducted in the area when a concrete wall fell into the space the construction workers were located in.

Rescue crews arrived to find both workers pinned under the concrete barrier. The men were pronounced dead at the scene, Miami Fire Rescue said.
