"The subjects opened fire on one of our RID detectives striking that vehicle and continued to flee... as they approached 95 Street and 24th Avenue they crashed into a civilian vehicle," Martinez said.

Everyone inside the pickup truck was alright. Officers caught one suspect just feet from the car. The other was able to get away, but not far.

Phillips captured cell phone video of police putting the suspect in handcuffs along Northwest 98 street.

The suspects have been identified as Bienvenido Valera, 34,  Antonio Jones, 25, Wendell Clark, 24, and Theodist Grimes, 26. All four men are from Miami. They are all being held on $1000 - $7,500 bond and are facing a host of charges, including  trespassing, weapons charges, and in some cases resisting arrest.
