Two Miami-Dade teens were hospitalized after separate shootings in the county overnight.
A 16-year-old was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the leg at SW 114th Court and 215th Street around 10 p.m. He is expected to be okay.
The second teen, a 14-year-old student from MacArthur South Senior High School in Naranja, was shot in the leg as well near Erueka Park off SW 119th Avenue and 183rd Street shortly after midnight.
Both teens were taken to Jackson South Hospital, where they are expected to be okay. Police continue to investigate both scenes and anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade CrimeStoppers.
