Luther Campbell Resigns as Miami Jackson's Football Coach

After only three regular season games, Luther Campbell, the rapper better known as Uncle Luke, is stepping down as defensive coordinator for Miami Jackson High School's football team.

Uncle Luke announced on social media that he resigned from his position due to "unforeseen circumstances."

He made headlines after joining Miami Jackson's coaching team with reality star Lakatriona Brunson, the first woman to coach high school football in Florida.

Uncle Luke was on his 15th year of coaching at different schools in South Florida, and his defenses are typically ranked the best in the country.

Miami Jackson's current record is 1-2, with 7 games remaining in the season.
