The boy's grandmother Tanya Harving was distraught after learning the death of her baby.

"I'm barely holding up. That is my grandson. He was only 2 years old. And, I just have to be strong for my daughter because that's our only child and we just had to bury his father not, too, long ago," said Harving.

Little Terrance was found at the bootom of the pool.

"All of the kids, my son and my daughter, was in the pool and they was playing and he must have jumped in the pool behind him. And, my son was under the water and he just saw him. He brought him from under the water," Harving recalled.

Family, police officers, fire rescue and doctos scrambled to bring him back to life, but it was too late. The family has a messasge for other families.

"Please keep an eye on your loved ones. Your kids, because it can just happened in a second," cried Harving. "It happened. It happened so quickly and I wish it never did."
