Videos posted on social media appeared to show a Walt Disney World monorail traveling with its doors open.
One user said the incident happened Saturday as the monorail was heading to the Orlando park's Epcot station. The rider said everyone remained calm until they arrived to the station.
A spokesperson for Disney World apologized for the incident and said the train was removed from service.
