A violent crash had a section of Red Road in Coral Gables closed Friday afternoon.
The single-vehicle crash was reported near 50th Street. Red Road was closed in both directions.
Two men were inside the vehicle. The driver was air lifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center and the other man was taken by ground transport, officials said.
Their conditions weren't released.
Authorities said one person had been trapped in the vehicle. No other information was immediately known.
