The Wynwood Yard will be closing its doors on May 5, the owner of the establishment announced on Instagram.
“THANK YOU, Miami, our fun-loving, generous and beautiful extended family for making The Yard your home away from home,” the Instagram post read.
In her announcement, owner Della Heiman thanked the community and team for making Wynwood Yard “so magical, and special and vibrant” over the past three and a half years.
“We are planning a grand finale for all the incredible things that have happened here,” she added.
According to the post, the venue will be closing due to condominium development in the Wynwood area. But although the “pop-up entrepreneurial hub” will be shuttering its doors in May, “The Yard” brand is not going anywhere.
A new establishment called “Doral Yard” is currently in the works.
“No sad faces...we have 3 more months of fuuuuun waiting for us at The Wynwood Yard and then @doralyard to look forward to,” Wynwood Yard wrote on Instagram.
