Amber Alert Issued for 4 Siblings Missing in Southwest Florida

An Amber Alert was issued for four siblings who disappeared in Bradenton last week.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement needs help finding the children, who may be in the company of their mother, 40-year-old Jaima Gadeaun.

On Friday Gadeaun went to the children's grandmother's house and took her children, Jowella, 12 Joseph, 10, Jacqueline, 8 and Jocelyn, 6, said the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

Joseph was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt with bears on it and black shorts. Jocelyn was last seen wearing a green top and neon orange shorts. Jowella was last seen wearing a long sleeve grey shirt and white and grey sweatpants. Jacqueline was last seen wearing a green top and neon orange shorts.

The siblings' mother may be traveling with the children in a green, 2016 Toyota Corolla with Florida tag: BNZQ08.

The grandmother has temporary custody of the children and Gadeaun is only to have supervised visits. According to NBC 6 affiliate in Tampa, WFLA, the grandmother “gave no indication that the children were any danger,” the agency said.

Anyone with information on the family's whereabouts is urged to call 911.
