Amber Alert Canceled After Missing Florida Girl Found

Juliet Odierna was last seen in the area of in the 3000 block of Oasis Boulevard, Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials said

An Amber Alert that was issued Thursday for an 8-year-old Florida girl last seen in Cape Coral has been canceled.

Juliet Odierna was found early Friday morning after having been last seen in the area of in the 3000 block of Oasis Boulevard, Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials said. Officials did not release any information on her condition.

Odierna was thought to be in the company of 34-year-old Jennifer Odierna and 37-year-old Theodore Moschovas, officials said.

According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Juliet's father, Robert Odierna, has full custody of her, NBC 2 reported. Jennifer Odierna, her mother, has supervised visitation only.

Police said Moschovas, Jennifer's current husband, went to the girl's school, Oasis Elementary, identified himself as the girl's father bringing lunch, and took Juliet out of school. When Robert Odierna went to pick up his daughter, he found out she had already been picked up.
