Authorities made an arrest Monday following a bank robbery in Miami Beach.
Johnnie R. Cooper, 47, of Miami Gardens was taken into custody for allegedly robbing the TD Bank located at 350 Lincoln Road.
The arrest was made without incident by the Miami Beach Police Department.
Cooper is in federal custody and is facing federal charges. He is expected to be in Miami Federal Court Tuesday.
Miami Beach Police, the South Florida Violent Crimes Task Force and the FBI will continue their investigation.
It is unknown whether Cooper has an attorney at this time.
