At least four arrests are set to be made this coming week in the deadly incidents involving a Hollywood nursing home shortly after Hurricane Irma.

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel is reporting that attorneys for nurses and an administrator are working out how their clients will surrender for the September 2017 incidents at the Rehabilitation Center at Hollywood Hills.

Police officials did not confirm the newspaper’s story published on Friday.

A total of 12 people died after power went out following the storm, causing the facility to be without air conditioning for three days.

The events led to sweeping changes in how facilities in the state are set to handle the loss of power during a storm, while officials revoked the license of the facility as nearly 250 workers were laid off.
