Authorities have identified a man who was shot and killed outside the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Fort Lauderdale.
The South Florida Sun Sentinel reports Fort Lauderdale police say in a statement that 44-year-old Gilbert Oosthuzian of Pembroke Pines died Friday.
Police say Oosthuzian had just left the post when a suspect wearing a ski mask and a hoodie walked up to him and shot him.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are continuing to search for the suspected shooter.
