Beanie-Wearing Bearded Suspect Robs Broward Domino's Pizza, 7-Eleven

The Broward County Sheriff's Office said it is searching for a bearded armed suspect who robbed a Domino's Pizza and a 7-Eleven this week.

The suspect, described as a six-foot-tall man with a long gray beard, robbed the Domino's Pizza at 1436 E. Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach at 10:50 p.m. on Wednesday, according to BSO.

"He paused in front of the restaurant counter, covered his face with a ski mask and produced a weapon from his shorts," BSO said in a statement. "The robber then chased the frightened employee around the kitchen and into the office where he stole cash from a register till."

Shortly after midnight on Friday, the same suspect robbed the 7-Eleven at 600 E. Oakland Park Blvd., BSO said.

"He looked around and appeared to be leaving when he turned and walked behind the counter," BSO said. "With his weapon bared, the suspect demanded the clerk open the cash drawer and stole money. He left in a dark-colored car.

In both robberies, the suspect wore camouflage shorts, a black T-shirt and a skull cap.

Anyone with information is urged to contact BSO at 954-321-4233 or Broward Crime Stoppers at 54-493-8477.
