Police are investigating after a body was found floating in a Miramar canal Saturday.
Miramar Police said a group of bicyclists spotted the body in a canal near the intersection of Miramar Parkway and Flamingo Road.
The victim has been identified as 46-year-old Randy Ahlquist. Police have not yet determined the cause of death, but do not believe foul play was involved.
Police shut down southbound Flamingo Road at Miramar Parkway for more than three hours during the investigation. The road has since re-opened.
