BSO Releases Video of Pompano Chain Snatching Suspects

BSO is asking anyone with information on the crime to contact them.

Authorities released surveillance video Thursday of two suspects who snatched a chain off a man at Pompano Bowling Alley in November.

The two men who committed the strong-arm robbery fled the scene on foot, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office. The video catches them walking in the bowling alley but not snatching the chain.

The suspects are described as males with thin builds around six feet tall. One of the suspects wore blue shorts, a red jacket and a red beanie over his dreadlocks. The second man wore khaki cargo shorts, a black shirt and a brown and beige beanie on his head.

The incident occurred on Nov. 10 at 2200 North Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, according to authorities.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information on the crime is urged to call BSO detective Victor Carrasquillo at 954-321-4270 or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
