Sunrise Police are searching for a thief who stole a food trailer from a local charity.
The trailer was stolen Monday morning from My Wish 4 U at 10130 Northwest 47th Street, police said.
The non-profit organization grants wishes to children suffering from cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
Officials with the organization said the custom-made trailer has been parked at the location for a year and is taken out when needed.
Police are looking for a black/gray newer model truck with a possible light bar on the roof that was seen towing the trailer.
