Officials are investigating threats that were made to a charter school in Pembroke Pines on Thursday.

Police tweeted that officers and the department’s threat assessment team arrived at Charter High School, located near the 17200 block of Sheridan Street, after threats were made to the campus.

The department said that the school was evacuated as a precaution, but there are currently no safety concerns to students or staff on the campus.
