Police are investigating after a child fell out of a moving vehicle Friday night in Allapattah.
The incident happened near NW 37th Street and NW 15th Avenue, Miami police said.
Police said the child's car seat was not buckled in correctly and the car door was also not closed correctly. When the vehicle made a turn, the child, who was still in the car seat, fell out.
The child was taken to the hospital. Their condition was unknown.
Police said the driver is being questioned.
