Some roads will be closed throughout the weekend in Doral as highway construction continues.
The following roads, which closed at 8 p.m. Friday, will reopen at 5:30 a.m. Monday.
Westbound and eastbound travel lanes on NW 25 Street will be closed from NW 75 Avenue to SR 826:
Westbound drivers on NW 25 Street can:
- Go north on NW 72 Avenue
- West on NW 36 Street
- South on NW 79 Avenue to connect with NW 25 Street
Eastbound drivers on NW 25 Street can:
- Go north on NW 79 Avenue
- East on NW 36 Street
- South on NW 72 Avenue to connect with NW 25 Street
The northbound SR 826 exit ramp turn lanes to westbound NW 25 Street will be closed:
Northbound drivers on SR 826 going west on NW 25 Street can:
- Go east on NW 25 Street
- Turn north on NW 72 Avenue
- Go west on NW 36 Street
- Turn south on NW 79 Avenue to connect with NW 25 Street
The southbound SR 826 exit ramp turn lanes to eastbound NW 25 Street will be closed:
Southbound drivers on SR 826 going eastbound on NW 25 Street can:
- Exit at NW 36 Street, go east
- Turn south on NW 72 Avenue to connect with NW 25 Street
The NW 25 Street ramp to northbound SR 826 will be closed (the NW 25 Street viaduct ramp to northbound SR 826 will remain open):
Drivers east of SR 826 on NW 25 Street going north on SR 826 can:
- Go north on NW 72 Avenue, west on NW 36 to access the SR 826 north ramp
Drivers west of SR 826 on NW 25 Street going north on SR 826 can:
- Go north on NW 79 Avenue, east on NW 36 Street to access the SR 826 north ramp
Officials with the Florida Department of Transportation warn the closures could be extended if weather does not allow the work to be completed.
